Smith & Wollensky opened their doors on May 15th of 2019, inside Venetian Resort. Key Lime Photography captured the event as the grand opening photographer. The venue is inviting, wrapped in warm, tavern ambiance. Leather tufted booths, Lincoln chairs and floor to ceiling brass accents can be found throughout. In terms of Las Vegas event photography, every angle is a “good angle.” Almost as tempting as the entree menu is the cocktail and wine list. Smith & Wollensky is definitely onto something.

Smith and Wollensky steaks come from a network of small family farms, guaranteeing one of the best dining experiences in Las Vegas. Notably, the steaks rank in the top 2% of all beef in America. Specifically, the steaks are dry aged in-house after being produced by Double R Ranch. Vegas is one of America’s top foodie spots. In other words, Smith & Wollensky’s steaks are among the best in the country. Alongside the first class steaks and filets, the restaurant has an expansive menu of complimentary dishes. From tuna tartar to the Twin Stuffed Lobster Tails, you really can have it all. The grand opening also allowed the steakhouse to share their list of the house craft cocktails. In addition, tasting included a congratulatory whiskey from Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits of Nevada.
